Make quick work of your vegetable chopping needs. The Winco HCD-250 is a manual dicer / cutter with a 1/4" blade. It is a perfect solution for low volume chopping and dicing of onions, tomatoes, potatoes or cucumbers. With a simple push of the handle, this chopper smoothly cuts through most vegetables up to 6" in diameter. The 1/4" cut is commonly used for hot dog toppings and the tomatoes used as a salsa base. The cast aluminum frame and handle are lightweight yet durable. The stainless steel blades and pusher head are easily removed for cleaning or replacement.
