Winco has been manufacturing products for the foodservice industry since 2001. They aim to be a solution for all their customers' needs by having a wide range of products. This 13 inch oven mitt is covered in a quilted non-stick Silicon coating. This item will protect in temperatures up to 200 degrees F. For easy storage, this item has a fabric loop at the opening of the mitt. This is a conventional style mitt that is one size fits all. For the same protection in a longer length, this style of mitt comes in a 17 inch design under Zesco item number 077-D-011. For higher heat resistance from the same company, check out the Bestguard 17 inch oven mitt which is the conventional style, but protects in temperatures up to 400 degrees, under the item number 189-D-056.
