This Winco APM-12 cake marker is used to mark cakes, pies, or pizza pies for perfect, even portions. This size marks 12 portions on a product up to 9" in diameter. It is constructed of cast aluminum with serrated knives to portion and cut most items. A top knob helps to smoothly press down or remove the marker.
