Vegetable chopping is a simple task with this most popular size of cut. The Winco HCD-375 is a manual dicer / cutter with a 3/8" blade. The cast aluminum frame and handle are lightweight yet durable. The stainless steel blades and pusher head are easily removed for cleaning or replacement. Other sizes of blades are available from ZESCO.com - see the RELATED ITEMS tab. The base has oversized non-skid feet for added stability. It is a perfect solution for low volume chopping and dicing of onions, tomatoes, potatoes or cucumbers. With a simple push of the handle, this chopper smoothly cuts through most vegetables up to 6" in diameter. The 3/8" cut is an all-purpose size great for use in soups, stews and for diced toppings on pizzas or sandwiches.
